Chris Eubanks entered Wimbledon in some of the best form of any player on the ATP Tour, but the 27-year-old American has continued to defy all of the odds to reach the Wimbledon quarterfinals.
He's become the true Cinderella tennis story of the season after an upset victory over World No. 5 Stefanos Tsitsipas.
Eubanks was a +265 underdog to overcome the Greek, but it's not the first upset victory that he's pulled off en route to the quarters.

After defeating Thiago Monteiro as a -310 favorite, Eubanks overcame British No. 1 and former Wimbledon semifinalist Cameron Norrie as a +250 underdog. Then, a win over Christopher O'Connell as a -200 favorite got him to the round of 16, where he beat Tsitsipas by overcoming a deficit of two sets to one.

While Eubanks has become a household name for tennis fans as of late, his remarkable story goes beyond Wimbledon. Coming into the season, Eubanks was World No. 124, and he had never broken into the top 100 or gone past the second round of a Grand Slam event.
Eubanks broke the top-100 barrier in Miami at the end of March, after a victory over Gregoire Barrere. In Mallorca two weeks ago, Eubanks won his first ATP title of his career.
Yet, his run to the Wimbledon quarterfinals is his biggest accomplishment of all, and he now sits at a live career high of 31.

Medvedev also ended his Miami run earlier this year with a two-set win. However, Eubanks has already assured himself direct entry into the biggest tournaments that the sport has to offer.
The miraculous story isn't done just yet, and if this tournament has told us anything, you can't count him out when he steps onto Centre Court to take on Medvedev.
